Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Rendeavored Group, LLC (“Rendeavored,” “we,” “us”) handles information through KutobIQ. KutobIQ helps users organize and review photos, dating-profile material and conversations they choose to submit.
1. Information you provide
- Account information: such as name, email address, authentication identifiers and account preferences.
- Check content: photos, profile screenshots or text, conversation screenshots, notes, nicknames and other evidence you choose to upload.
- Support communications: information you include when contacting us or reporting a problem.
- Purchase information: subscription status and transaction identifiers may be processed by app stores and RevenueCat, our subscription-management provider. We do not receive full payment-card details from app stores.
2. Information created through the service
KutobIQ may create analysis jobs, extracted or derived data, findings, confidence and limitation information, reports, receipt links, TrueView™ images, Morning Mode images, Roast outputs and other generated assets. TrueView and Morning Mode outputs are AI-generated approximations, not factual photographs or predictions.
3. Technical information
We and our service providers may process device and app information, log data, IP address, coarse region inferred from IP, crash reports, diagnostics, security events, feature usage and advertising interactions. Our app-store disclosures reflect the production SDKs and settings.
4. How we use information
- Provide, secure and maintain KutobIQ and authenticate accounts.
- Process the material you submit, run requested AI-assisted analysis and generate requested features.
- Link findings to relevant evidence and show limitations.
- Provide support, troubleshoot problems, prevent abuse and enforce our Terms.
- Understand reliability and performance using appropriately limited analytics and diagnostics.
- Comply with law and protect users, Rendeavored and others.
5. AI processing and important limits
User-submitted content may be sent to contracted AI or infrastructure providers solely to provide requested features, subject to our agreements and configurations. AI findings can be incomplete or wrong. KutobIQ is not an identity-verification service, background-check service or consumer reporting agency and does not determine whether a person is a scammer, cheating, deceptive, dangerous or trustworthy.
6. Advertising privacy firewall
Free users may receive ads served through Google AdMob. KutobIQ+ subscribers do not receive ads. Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) is used to present and manage applicable advertising privacy choices. Submitted Check content—including photos, profile material, conversations and messages, findings, analysis and other evidence—is not provided to Google AdMob for ad targeting. Uploaded evidence, private Check content, reports, receipts, TrueView images, Morning Mode images and Roast outputs are not used to personalize advertising. AdMob may process limited device, app and ad-interaction data subject to your privacy choices and platform rules.
7. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information to service providers that host data, process AI requests, authenticate users, provide customer support, operate analytics or diagnostics, or prevent fraud. RevenueCat processes information needed to manage subscriptions. Google AdMob may process limited device, app and ad-interaction data to serve ads to free users, and Google UMP manages applicable advertising privacy choices. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a corporate transaction with appropriate notice and safeguards. We do not sell uploaded evidence, provide submitted Check content to AdMob for ad targeting, or use it for targeted advertising.
8. Retention and deletion
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, secure accounts, resolve disputes, comply with law and enforce agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and provider. Users may initiate account deletion in the app or use our external deletion page. A completed account deletion is intended to delete the account and associated user-owned data, including Checks, uploaded evidence, findings, reports and generated assets, except information we must retain for legal, security, fraud-prevention or transactional recordkeeping purposes. Deletion requests are processed within 1–2 business days.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You may access or update available account settings, choose what to upload, request account deletion and exercise privacy rights available in your jurisdiction. We may verify your identity before acting on a request. Contact: privacy@rendeavored.com.
11. Other people’s information
You are responsible for having the right to upload any photo, screenshot, conversation or other content you submit. Do not upload content unlawfully or use KutobIQ to harass, threaten, impersonate, surveil or harm anyone. Avoid uploading sensitive information that is not needed for your Check.
12. Age eligibility
KutobIQ is intended only for adults age 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and users may not submit content about minors for analysis except where expressly permitted by law and the service.
13. International processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where we or our providers operate, subject to applicable transfer safeguards.
14. Changes
We may update this policy. We will change the effective date and provide additional notice when required.
