Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of KutobIQ, provided by Rendeavored Group, LLC. By using KutobIQ, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, credentials and activity. Provide accurate account information and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
2. What KutobIQ does
KutobIQ organizes and analyzes photos, dating-profile material, conversation screenshots and other content you choose to submit. It may generate findings, evidence links, reports, TrueView™, Morning Mode and Roast outputs.
3. Important limits
KutobIQ provides informational and entertainment tools, not professional advice. It is not identity verification, a background check, a consumer report, criminal-record search, lie detector, safety certification, or a determination that someone is scamming, cheating, deceptive, dangerous or trustworthy. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or misleading. Independently assess important decisions and seek appropriate professional help where needed.
4. Generated features
TrueView is an AI-generated approximation of how submitted imagery might appear with reduced filters, retouching or cosmetics. It is not an actual or verified appearance. Morning Mode and Roast are entertainment and are not factual statements about a person. Do not present generated content as authentic photography or verified fact.
5. Your content and permissions
You retain rights you hold in content you submit. You grant Rendeavored a limited license to host, copy, process, transform and display that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve KutobIQ and provide features you request. You represent that you have the legal right to submit the content and authorize this processing.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use KutobIQ to violate law or another person’s rights; harass, threaten, stalk, defame or exploit anyone; upload intimate imagery without consent; analyze or target minors; impersonate someone; evade security; distribute malware; reverse engineer prohibited portions of the service; or treat output as proof when making harmful accusations or automated eligibility decisions.
7. Subscriptions and app stores
Paid features, pricing, trials, renewals and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store’s terms and billing controls. Final launch pricing, subscription name and refund language: [RJ TO SUPPLY].
8. Ownership
KutobIQ, its design, software, branding and related intellectual property belong to Rendeavored Group, LLC or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.
9. Suspension and termination
You may stop using KutobIQ and request account deletion. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, security risk, abuse, legal requirement or discontinuation of the service. Account deletion is addressed in the Privacy Policy.
10. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KutobIQ is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee accuracy, uninterrupted availability, specific results or that KutobIQ will identify every relevant issue.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rendeavored and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, goodwill or opportunities. 12. Indemnity

13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute arising from them or KutobIQ are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Venue, dispute-resolution procedures, any arbitration or opt-out terms, and applicable consumer-law exceptions remain subject to final legal review.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated as required. Continuing to use KutobIQ after updated Terms take effect means you accept them where permitted by law.
