What you choose to add
KutobIQ can process photos, profile screenshots or text, chat screenshots, notes and other material you add to a private Check. You control what you submit. Only upload content you have the right to use, and leave out information that is not needed.
What AI does
AI-assisted systems may review submitted material and generate findings, summaries, reports or creative assets. AI may be inaccurate. Findings are designed to include supporting receipts and limitations so you can inspect why something stood out.
What AI cannot establish
- A person’s verified identity or criminal history.
- Whether someone is a scammer, cheating, deceptive, dangerous or trustworthy.
- What a person truly looks like outside submitted images.
- Intent, relationship status or facts not present in the supplied material.
TrueView™, Morning Mode and Roast
TrueView is a synthetic approximation with reduced apparent filters, retouching and cosmetics—not an actual image of the person. Morning Mode and Roast are entertainment features. They are not verified descriptions, predictions or judgments.
Your content and advertising
Uploaded evidence, Check findings, reports, receipts and generated assets are not used to personalize ads. If the production app includes advertising, the ad provider may process limited device, app and ad-interaction information under the final consent and privacy configuration. KutobIQ’s production disclosures must identify that provider and data.
Analytics and diagnostics
Limited usage, performance, crash and security data may be processed to keep the service reliable and prevent abuse. Final details depend on the production SDK inventory and will be reflected in the Privacy Policy and app-store disclosures before launch.
Service providers
Operating KutobIQ may require contracted providers for cloud hosting, AI processing, authentication, subscriptions, support, analytics, diagnostics and advertising if enabled. Providers receive only the information needed for their role, subject to contracts and configuration. The final provider list is a launch input.
Retention, security and deletion
Information is retained only as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal compliance and dispute resolution. KutobIQ uses safeguards such as access controls and encryption in transit, but no system is risk-free. You can initiate account deletion in the app or follow the external deletion path.
