Delete your KutobIQ account

You can delete your account from inside KutobIQ. If you no longer have access to the app, you can request deletion using the external path below.

Delete in the app

1. Open KutobIQ and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account → Delete My Account.
3. Review what will be deleted, complete the confirmation step and submit.
4. KutobIQ will confirm when the request is complete or tell you if more time is needed.

If you cannot access the app

Send a request to support@rendeavored.com with the subject “Delete my KutobIQ account.” Use the email associated with your KutobIQ account. Do not attach photos, chats, reports or other evidence. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What deletion covers

A completed request is intended to permanently delete your KutobIQ account and associated user-owned data, including Checks, uploaded photos and screenshots, extracted derivatives, analysis jobs, findings, reports, conversation intelligence, claim records, TrueView images, Morning Mode images, Roast outputs, other generated assets, preferences and active sessions.

What may be retained

Limited information may be retained where reasonably necessary for legal compliance, fraud and security prevention, dispute resolution, transaction records or enforcing our agreements. Any retained information will remain protected and will not be used for unrelated purposes.

Timing and subscriptions

Deletion requests are processed within 1–2 business days. We will confirm when deletion is complete. Deleting a KutobIQ account may not automatically cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancellation steps must be confirmed at launch. Deleting KutobIQ does not delete your Apple or Google account.
